Loxley convenience store employee charged with production of pornography with minors [Video]

LOXLEY, Ala. (WALA) – Thirty-year-old John Dillon Plemons of Loxley is accused of producing child pornography after police said he followed a young boy into the restroom of a convenience store and videoed him underneath the stall door.

Loxley police said it happened Saturday about 10 p.m. at the CEFCO gas station at the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 90 and that the suspect worked at the store. Investigators said the 10-year-old boy noticed a camera and told his mother, who called police.

Police spoke with the alleged victim and Plemons a short time later and then placed Plemons under arrest. He was charged with production of pornography with minors and possession of child pornography. Police said CEFCO fired Plemons after the incident. Investigators confiscated the cell phone allegedly used to record video in the restroom as well as other electronic devices belonging to Plemons.
