Police searching for Fishers man charged with rape, domestic battery [Video]

FISHERS, Ind. — Fishers police are searching for a man who was charged with rape and domestic battery last year.

The Fishers Police Department said officers are searching for Andrew Anthony Randall, who is wanted for preliminary charges of rape (level 3 felony), domestic battery (level 5 felony) and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (level 4 felony).

According to previous reports, a woman approached FPD on March 31, 2023, to file a police report accusing Randall of allegedly sexually assaulting her.

The woman reportedly told investigators that she was woken up in the middle of the night toby Randall, who was upset that a vibrating sex toy was inside of her and that he believed it was being controlled by someone else.
