Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass held a signing ceremony with the Minister for Foreign Trade & Development of Finland Ville Tavio to formalize a shared commitment between the City of LA and the Government of Finland to become carbon neutral using sustainable and innovative solutions. This letter of intent is the first-ever agreement between the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and a city government in the United States.
