A storm system still sits off of our Coast and slams multiple waves of energy into the area. The result is a multitude of showers and more gusty winds. Thunderstorm chances linger today but are lower than yesterday.
Good Morning. We have another wet day ahead. The nature of today’s rainfall will be closer to yesterday night than yesterday morning. A storm system is still along our Coast and moves inland today. This pushes several waves of energy into an already unstable atmosphere which shakes up a multitude of showers. The early hours of the morning are still unstable enough for a stray band of thunderstorms, but the late morning through evening will likely be thunder free.
