Expert: Communities with water shortage still need intl support [Video]

March 22 marks World Water Day. A UN report says about 2 billion people in the world do not have safe drinking water, and 3.6 billion lack access to safely managed sanitation. Wu Changhua, chair of the Governing Council of the Asia Pacific Water Forum, says vulnerable communities still need international support on financial and infrastructure investment.
