HOUSTON, Texas — A former Washington state man won a legal battle against his former employer, British Petroleum (BP), Thursday in Houston. The ruling has the potential to impact about 7,000 employees.
Frederic “Fritz” Guenther spent decades providing for his family with a career as a rotating equipment engineering tech in Alaska’s North Slope region. He lived in Woodland, Washington before moving to Oregon.
