Nova Scotia’s auditor general has found that about $60 million earmarked for climate change is sitting in the bank accounts of private, not-for-profit companies. While the organizations have been reporting back to the province, Kim Adair says the Department of Environment and Climate Change needs to improve its monitoring. Callum Smith brings us the details.
