Gas prices slowing increasing [Video]

SPRINGFIELD (25News Now) – Average gasoline prices in Peoria are up 12.3 cents per gallon in the last week.

This gives us an average $3.57/g, according to GasBuddy.

Prices in Peoria are 35.6 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 8.9 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.

The national average price of diesel fell 2.7 cents in the last week and stands at $4.03 per gallon.

According to GasBuddy, the cheapest station in Peoria was priced at $3.25/g yesterday while the most expensive was $3.75/g, a difference of 50.0 cents per gallon.

The lowest price in Illinois yesterday was $3.04/g while the highest was $4.99/g, a difference of $1.95/g.

The national average price of gasoline has risen 10.0 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.34/g.

The national average is up 22.0 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands 3.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago, according to GasBuddy …
