Ukraine’s second-largest nuclear power plant, in the city of Rivne, has switched from Russian-made fuel to fuel from Westinghouse, a company based in Pittsburgh. It is part of a wider strategy by Kyiv to sever any reliance on Russia, and comes amid warnings about Russia’s threat to nuclear plants. Imtiaz Tyab reports from Rivne.
