INDIANAPOLIS — The Marion County Public Health Department is giving Hoosiers the chance to view the total solar eclipse on April 8.
According to a news release from the department, the department will have three opportunities for individuals to get approved eclipse viewing glasses at no charge. Those opportunities include:
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Lafayette Square Mall, located at 3919 Lafayette Road.
- 2 to 6 p.m. on Thursday at the Washington Square Mall, located at 10202 E. Washington St.
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Marion County Public Health Department, located at 3838 N. Rural St., as part of the “Prioritizing the Totality of Your Health” open house.
