Nawazuddin Siddiqui News:  In a major relief to Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, a special POCSO court in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar accepted a closure report moved by police in a molestation case filed by his estranged wife Aliya. Uttar Pradesh police have given clean chit to all five accused, including Nawazuddin. Special judge Ritesh Sachdeva accepted the report after Aliya did not appear in court despite being summoned many times. She did not present her reply in the court, said the police.

Advocate for Uttar Pradesh government Pradeep Balyan said that Aliya had filed a molestation case against Siddiqui and his four family members. In her case, she claimed that Nawazuddin’s brother Minazuddin allegedly molested a minor girl in 2012. She also accused other family members of the actor of supporting his brother’s act.
