It’s going to be a windy Saturday across Northeast Ohio.
That’s why the National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the following counties from 2 a.m. until 9 a.m. Saturday, March 4:
- Ashland
- Cuyahoga
- Geauga
- Holmes
- Huron
- Lake
- Lorain
- Mahoning
- Medina
- Ottawa
- Portage
- Richland
- Sandusky
- Seneca
- Stark
- Summit
- Wayne
The Wind Advisory is in effect for Erie County until 7 a.m. on Saturday.
“Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects,” according to the National Weather Service. “Three limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle.”
Temperatures will dip into the 30s early Saturday with scattered snow chances before topping out around 40 degrees. Sunday brings a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the mid 40s before we surge into the upper 50s with more scattered rain chances by Monday.
