Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the LNP has “tried constantly” in the last year to establish a senate inquiry into renewable energy.
Mr Canavan told Sky News host Chris Kenny that “we need to look at these things”.
“Because there’s a whole lot of impacts on our electricity system, on the safety of our grid.
“That should be properly investigated.
“But no surprise the Labor Party and the Greens have teamed up together to stop that investigation.”
