He emphasised the de-risked nature of its exploration strategy, aiming to reenter wells drilled in the 1980s. “We are essentially focusing more on engineering rather than exploration,” he explained.Discussing market dynamics, Hamilton pointed out the critical role of helium in various industries, such as MRI machinery and nuclear reactors, underscoring the global shortage and increased demand. He also detailed the company’s plans for using the new funds, including reentering the Hussar well and executing an MoU with Harlequin Energy for gas storage and transportation.Hamilton assured that Georgina Energy is committed to progressing its projects and delivering news flow leading up to the December drilling at Hussar.
