Wildfire season gets off to an early start in B.C

Several new fires were reported in the central interior over the weekend, all human cause. The Burgess Creek fire in the largest active wildfire in the province and currently rated as our of control. Last year was a record fire season in B-C and a task force has made a series of recommendations to better respond to emergencies.
