Two Massachusetts men are facing assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charges after they attacked a tractor-trailer driver with a hammer during an incident on Interstate 495 on Monday, according to the Massachusetts State Police.MSP officials said that shortly before 2 p.m. on Monday, state troopers responded to a report about the altercation in the breakdown lane of I-495 South in Bolton.Javier Gutierrez Vargas, 23, of Dracut, was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a single count of disorderly conduct.
