On April 27, voters in West Monroe will decide on a new 10-year tax that would help fund various city departments.
The Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Office said Anthony Pierce Holland, Jr., 29, of West Monroe was arrested in connection to the human remains found in the Ouachita River in January 2024.
