OVERNIGHT: Showers and storms increase this evening and tonight. Hail will be the greatest threat over west Arkansas in the evening, with damaging wind the primary concern for central Arkansas. Storms for central Arkansas are more likely around 9pm to midnight.

FRIDAY: Cooler and breezy weather is in the forecast Friday with mostly cloudy conditions. High temperatures will be 10 degrees cooler in the upper 60s. Northeasterly wind will be sustained around 10mph, with gusts up to 20mph.

WHAT’S NEXT: Showers and a few storms are possible Saturday, with some lingering rain Sunday morning. High temperatures will be in the low 60s. Sunshine and 70s to start next week.
