GLENDALE, Ky. (WBKO) – Hardin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they are responding to the BlueOval SK Battery construction site in Glendale for a bomb threat.

Hardin County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy David Lee said that units were on the way to the site around noon after a message was found written on a porta john.

BlueOval SK released a statement following the incident.

“Safety is a priority at BlueOval SK. We were made aware of a bomb threat at the site in Glendale around 12:30 p.m. EST Thursday. The site has been evacuated to ensure the safety of all workers. Authorities have been notified. Please reach out to the proper investigating agency for any additional comment,” they said.
