Sky News host Rita Panahi has questioned where the animal rights activists are amid revelations that wind farms kill birds.

“Where are all the groups who would normally be taking a stand for animal welfare?” she said.

“They should be far more vocal – you do not hear from them.

“It again suggests that they have been captured by the global warming alarmists.

“If you care about animal welfare, whatever your position is on climate change, you should be speaking up.”
