Criminal complaint details alleged sexual battery incident involving Ruckersville pastor – [Video]

GREENE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — More details have come out regarding a sexual battery case against a Greene County pastor.

A criminal complaint details the May 5, 2023 incident, in which a 14-year-old girl says Pastor Rodney Locklear made inappropriate advances at Victory Church’s Cinco de Mayo party.

The girl says while she was at the event, she and some friends went to Locklear’s home.

At one point, she found herself alone in the kitchen with Locklear who she says pushed her up against the counter and started to feel around under her clothes.

The victim says she repeatedly told Locklear “no” when he tried to take her clothes off.

The assault stopped with other kids came downstairs.

Later that day and back at the church, the girl says she was in the bathroom when Locklear shut and locked the church’s doors and then tried to get into the bathroom.

When she tried to leave, the victim says Locklear cornered her and touched …
