Europe could suffer “catastrophic” consequences from climate change if it fails to take urgent and decisive action to adapt to risks, a new EU analysis warned Monday. Another report published Tuesday said similarly that France was currently not doing enough to adapt to the threat of climate change. France 24’s Antonia Kerrigan takes a look.
