A fire was burning at or near the Pueblo steel mill on Friday.

Low pressure stalled in the Gulf of Maine will continue to bring scattered rain & snow showers into Saturday

The low pressure system that brought heavy snow and gusty winds to the region Thursday will continue to impact us through the first half of the weekend. The low will eventually swirl it’s way out to sea overnight Saturday into Sunday. Expect a MUCH drier second half of the weekend. Clouds hang around through much of Sunday but will begin to break apart by Sunday evening. High pressure will be building in from the north overnight Sunday into Monday. The high pressure system will bring us the best chance for optimal viewing conditions of the solar eclipse.
