Gorakhpur News: Residents of several areas, including Daudpur, Bilandpur, Bettiahata, and Taramandal, in Gorakhpur are facing inconvenience due to the negligence of a contractor involved in road and drain construction. Over a thousand houses have been receiving dirty and foul-smelling water for the past three to four days. While households with water motors are relatively unaffected, those dependent on water supply are facing difficulties.

Complaints have been lodged, but repairs have only been conducted for a cut pipeline in the planetarium area. Consequently, residents in other areas are still encountering issues with their drinking water supply.
