Greta Thunberg, climate activists block entrances to Swedish parliament [Video]

Climate activists, including Greta Thunberg, blocked entrances to the Swedish parliament on Monday, calling for climate justice.

Around twenty activists blocked access to two entrances to the building, and said they were drawing attention to urgent social crises and the need for an immediate and just transition.

Speaking to journalists, Thunberg said the group is protesting against the ongoing destruction of systems and people being killed as a result of the climate crisis. “We have had enough,” she said.

A group of scientists from different research disciplines were also there to support the action.
