Good Morning, New Orleans! After a foggy start, visibility conditions across the area have greatly improved.

High pressure stretching across the eastern U.S. and over Gulf of Mexico will continue to provide calm conditions for the next day or so. Expect warmer temperatures, light winds and low rain chances for most of the week.

By Wednesday afternoon, high temperatures are set to return to the mid 70s.

Overnight, low temperatures will be warmer, but still on the cool side, dropping into the low 50s across the Northshore. Locations south of Lake Pontchartrain can expect morning temperatures in the mid 50s.

Temperatures will continue to climb into the mid 70s once again Thursday before a weak front moves through early Friday. That will mean clear and pleasant conditions through the weekend.
