With many up and down the country struggling during the cost of living crisis, Professor Green has urged people to seek the help that exists around them. The 40-year-old is continuing his collaboration with British Gas Energy Trust to tackle the shame in people asking for help during this difficult time.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, the rapper explained: “It’s so important that people know help exists, it’s there, because when you do find yourself in that situation, even when I was a kid, there was relative shame that I felt.

“I couldn’t do certain things and I guess the only good thing was that I was in a school or in an estate that pretty much everyone was in the same situation.”

In order to help those struggling, the British Gas Energy Trust, British Gas and the Post Office have launched the third phase of their in-person pop-ups taking place across the country.
