A warm front brought much needed showers and thunderstorms overnight, but more showers are coming on Wednesday. A cold front still has to move through Wisconsin creating those showers and maybe a thunderstorm mainly during the morning hours on Wednesday. An additional 0.10 to 0.25″ of rain is possible with isolated locations receiving more if downpours happen.
Highs on Wednesday will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s, but it will be breezy from the southeast then to southwest between 15-25 mph gusting up to 35 mph! Be cautious on the roads! Winds will calm down by Thursday as the system causing the rain moves away. Another system will move in creating more showers Thursday morning, but it will be spotty and mainly focused over the Fox Valley.
By the weekend, high pressure will move in pushing out the rain and clouds. Sunshine is expected from Friday through Sunday …
