We see continued tailwinds for Canadian crude oil producers with the TMX pipeline expansion expected to begin commercial operations in a few days, resulting in tighter differentials for both heavy and light oil over the next several years, says Grant Fagerheim, president and chief executive officer of Whitecap Resources.
