Not the billionaire superhero with lots of advanced gadgets and cool vehicles, but a new Battery Project by the superhero scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). This new technology pertains to the manufacturing of EV batteries with enhanced performance and efficiency. The Battery Advanced Technology Manufacturing And Novelty (BatMan) project aims to overcome obstacles in battery production that currently limit the range and charging speed of electric vehicles.
