The Farmington police department said in a press release that a fatal collision happened this morning around 7:15 am involving three vehicles. Police said three people died and one was injured.Police said the incident happened near Broyles Street and Wilson Street. They said Stephen Kaufmann, 40, was driving southbound on Broyles at a high speed when he crossed into northbound traffic, crashing head-on into a white Chevrolet SUV.Police said Kaufmann, a juvenile passenger, and the SUV’s driver died in the collision.
