WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Although it isn’t quite March yet on the calendar, the upcoming week is going to feature weather that is all over the map across the region. From spring-like temperatures with record highs anticipated Tuesday to a potent cold front that drops temperatures up to 40° Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, and possibly accumulating snow. We are closely monitoring the potential for a First Alert Weather Day Tuesday night into Wednesday morning due to the big fall in temperatures and the impacts from snow that could cause messy to hazardous travel conditions for the Wednesday morning commute.
