Waymo to launch driverless rides in Austin by end of 2024 [Video]

Waymo announced at SXSW that it will begin offering driverless rides to the public in Austin, Texas, by the end of 2024, after testing its autonomous vehicles across a 50-square-mile area from downtown to East Austin.
