SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Has the cost at the pump felt a little more hefty lately? You’re not imagining it.
As of Wednesday, average gas prices in San Diego County hit their highest point in several months,” according to data from AAA. In fact, regular gas is about 1.8 cents higher now than the price on Nov. 30, 2023.
To break down the increase even further, AAA numbers show the current average price of regular fuel is 5.8 cents more than week ago ($4.91), 15.8 cents higher than one month ago ($4.81) and 8 cents higher than than one year ago ($4.87).
