Crews responding to overturned semi-truck in Asheville [Video]

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Asheville of Fire Department is responding to a crash after a semi-truck overturned Wednesday morning.

According to the fire department, crews were called to 3095 Sweeten Creek Road.

Officials said the saddle tanks were full and leaked diesel fuel on the road. A hazmat unit was called to clean up the liquid.

As of 11:30 a.m., officials said the fuel leak has been stopped. However, traffic is still impacted as they work to clear the area.
