Is a Michigan town ready for their decommissioned nuclear power plant to reopen?

Dozens of people attended a public meeting to discuss the re-opening of the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Covert. History is in the works as Holtec International and the NRC work to re-open the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant. If successful, it would be the first nuclear power plant to ever restart in the United States.
