BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The person of interest in the deadly shooting on Zenner Street in Buffalo appeared in court on Monday afternoon.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced that 31-year-old Dale O. Cummings, of no permanent address, was arraigned Monday and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
Cummings will be held without bail until Friday when there will be a felony hearing in Buffalo City Court.
On Saturday just after 12:30 p.m., the Buffalo Police Department responded to reports of a shooting on Zenner Street.
Police said that two men, Babul Meah and Abu Yousuf, were hired to clean the Zenner Street house before it was to be sold by a management company. According to police, when the men got to the porch, a squatter inside opened fire, shooting both men. One of the men was found on the porch and was pronounced dead on the scene. …
