U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approves Flathead Lake level change [Video]

The U.S. The Army Corps of Engineers approved an 8-foot reduction in Flathead Lake’s water levels for this spring compared to the typical 10-foot drop.

Energy Keepers Inc., which operates the Selis Ksanka Qlispe hydroelectric facility, requested the change, as dry water flow conditions continue this year.
