Xcel press conference on scheduled outages due to strong winds on April 6 [Video]

Xcel Energy will preemptively shut off power to around 55,000 customers in the state from Saturday at 3 p.m. until at least noon on Sunday due to forecasted high winds. Officials with the company are answering questions.
